1970 DODGE CORONET RT CONVERTIBLE, 1 OF 219 IN TOTAL EVER BUILT!

It comes with a fresh air package, a 440/4-barrel engine, and an automatic transmission. It is a very clean and nice-looking convertible!

The Car & History.
This Coronet RT convertible is a very rare sight to see, and it comes with its original fender tag to prove its pedigree. It comes in the good-looking Bright Blue Metallic with its nice vinyl buckets in blue; the convertible top is white; all together, it's a perfect-looking car and a really rare sight. We imported it ourselves seven years ago and sold it to a local family that enjoyed it for a couple of years. When they were ready for something else, we bought it back. And had it sold to one of our bigger clients that has a very impressive and big Mopar Collection. He is still the owner of this car, as we are selling it for him. He has enjoyed the car for a couple of years and wants something else again. The car has had a check-up with us!

Exterior:
The car and its paint are still looking very fresh; they were restored somewhere just before we found it in the USA. The car also has a very clean-looking white top and has white striping; the original RT scoops are still there, which makes this car look cool and meaner. The car is currently running on 17-inch magnum wheels with good profile tires, which makes this car also more pro-tour-looking and a little safer to drive, but original 15-inch wheels are also available on request. The complete undercarriage is also painted blue, which makes this car underneath very clean!

The Drivetrain:
This 440 engine, with the vin number on the oil pan rail, was completely rebuilt by PTTM around 500 kilometers ago. We have all the pictures of the rebuild and all the dates of the engine parts (build sheet) complete in the organizer of this car. When we took the transmission out, we also checked the transmission and serviced it with new gaskets and a rebuilt torque converter. The 727 Transmission shifts perfectly and is also holding the vin number of this car. The 8 3/4 rear axle is still holding strong and comes with fresh oil. Overall, is this drivetrain ready to be enjoyed? The automatic transmission makes this convertible perfect to cruise around and enjoy the summer days with your friends or family.

Interior:
The interior is luxuriously equipped; the car comes with bucket seats and a center console with an automatic shifter. The floor mats are new and have embroiled Coronet logo's on it, the top is still very nice and works well. The wood grain panels in the car make it a luxury-looking interior; the interior looks overall fresh and clean.
