12 Must See IAMS Highlights
At the International Amsterdam Motor Show, formerly known as Amsterdam AutoRAI autoshow, you expect to see amazing cars. This year they have secured some truly exclusive automobiles.
RB18 Max Verstappen’s F1 Car
Have you ever heard of a young Dutch driver by the name of Max Verstappen? His actual 2022 Formula 1 race car, the RB18, will be on display.
Koenigsegg Jesko Plus
The ultimate track car, but if you want to see the fastest street legal production car in the world, check out the 1600HP Koenigsegg Jesko Plus. Spoiler alert, it tops at a mind boggling 500kph.
Rolls-Royce Spectre
Even at PTTM we must acknowledge electric cars have some merit. Not every occasion asks for an awesome V8 muscle car. Sometimes you just want to experience silent luxury. This is where the Rolls-Royce Spectre comes in. With a two year waiting list, the first ever electric RR turns out to be the most popular model ever to be sold in the Netherlands.
GMC Hummer EV SUV
Another icon reimagined is the Hummer, which has gone full electric also and shown for the first time at Hall 1.
BMW 3.0 CSL & M850i GC Jeff Koons
Another first, the 1/50 BMW 3.0 CSL. With just 50 to be produced by hand, this is an instant classic. Check it out at the BMW stand in Hall 7.
You will also be able to experience the 1/99 BMW M850i Gran Coupé, a product of the Jeff Koons x BMW collaboration.
Brabus Rocket 900 R
Who doesn’t love the Porsche 911 Turbo S? We certainly do. And so do the fine people of German tuner Brabus. With their interpretation of the 911, the Brabus Rocket 900 R will be shown courtesy of our friends at VDM Cars.
Ferrari Purosanque V12
In the past two decades, there is one type of car that kept conquering more and more hearts of the public. The mighty SUV. Practical. Prestige? Purosanque! The first four-door SUV from Ferrari has proven to be exceptionally successful also. Comes with a 725HP V12. No downsizing here.
Ferrari 500 Superfast
As we get excited from all the new innovation, we have a special place in our heart for history, legacy and cars that earned their stripes. Designs that withstood the whims of today. Like the Verde Pino green Ferrari 500 Superfast, owned by no other than Prince Bernhard.
Lamborghini 350GT
Or the 3.5L V12 Lamborghini 350GT, the very first Lamborghini, famously built out of spite against Enzo Ferrari.
Toyota 2000 GT
The Japanese had also made their first supercar in the sixties, the Toyota 2000 GT. One of the most wanted cars of its era with only 351 built. To be seen at the Louwman Museum stand.
What else in the line up?
That is one impressive line up already, but you’re missing number twelve of the must see list. PTTM proudly presents:
Shelby Mustangs at IAMS
PTTM Cars is the leading authority in finding the best quality, documented classic American muscle cars. The Shelby Mustang is kind of to the Ford Mustang what the above Brabus Rocket 900 R is to the Porsche 911 Turbo S. An already amazing car made even better, in this case by the legendary Carroll Shelby himself.
